By 25, she had lived in four countries: Mexico, Israel, Argentina, and the United States. That kind of life teaches you things no classroom can. It taught her how to adapt, how to connect, and how to walk into any room and figure out how to belong.
She played soccer competitively her entire life, including at the college level and professionally in Israel. That same obsession with strategy, teamwork, and winning carried her straight into marketing. In 2016, she launched her career as a life coach, building personal development courses that reached over 5,000 students on Udemy, Alison, and LearnDesk, growing a Facebook community to 3,000+ members, and generating over 30,000 leads purely from content she created herself.
When other entrepreneurs started asking how she was doing it, she realized the thing she loved most was not coaching. It was the strategy behind it. That realization led her to founding Joles Marketing, named after the initials of her three kids: the real reason behind everything she builds.
She holds a master's degree in education and a background in international relations, and has delivered lectures at the university level. She runs a lean, results-driven agency with a whole lot of heart and absolutely no coffee. Outside of work, she runs half marathons and keeps saying she will slow down. She has not slowed down.
